Emily Pringle

Since obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Emily has spent over 10 years dedicating her time to providing compassionate and individualized care to a diverse patient population in the KC metro area. She has recently obtained a Performance Specialist certification, further expanding her expertise in functional movement assessment and corrective exercise application. As she progressed in her career, she became even more motivated to help individuals maximize their overall health through motion, and was excited to find a role at TruMove. “I am genuinely so excited to be part of an amazing team of therapists at TruMove who are dedicated to helping individuals take a more proactive approach to managing their health and wellness”.

Outside of the clinic, Emily stays busy with family life and chasing after her young twins, Nash and Olivia. They provide a constant source of entertainment and exhaustion all at the same time! She and her family love to spend as much time outside as possible, taking lots of hikes, bike rides and playing tennis together. She plans to continue developing her tennis skills to eventually participate in USTA tournaments.

Coming from a small Kansas town, Emily competed in a variety of sports growing up and understands the importance of staying active as well as working hard to achieve goals. She loves to work with patients to help them achieve their specific functional goals, as well as having a little fun along the way! Looking forward, she plans to continue expanding her knowledge regarding functional movement patterns and also plans to obtain a nutrition certification, further empowering her patients to maximize their functional fitness.
